These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by AlphaPixels Inc. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any AlphaPixels services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our services. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in your Order.
Fees are as outlined in your Order and default to CAD unless stated. Applicable taxes (GST/PST) may be added. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise specified. Subscription services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in paused service delivery; please contact us before initiating chargebacks.
Deposits and production fees become non‑refundable once work begins, time is booked, or resources allocated. Subscription fees are non‑refundable, including partial periods. Cancellation terms follow the plan specified in your Order and generally take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AlphaPixels retains ownership of raw project files, templates, and internal systems; you receive a license to use final deliverables for your business marketing and operations. AlphaPixels may display completed work in portfolio materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
AlphaPixels may use AI and third‑party platforms to deliver services; outputs may require your review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaPixels disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the prior 30 days or the last invoice for one‑time services.
AlphaPixels may suspend or terminate service for unpaid invoices, Terms violations, abusive conduct, or requests for unlawful actions. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed; client delays, third‑party outages, or events outside reasonable control can affect delivery.
